And the NeXT thing that will go wrong with your NeXT is the printer.... We're having a persistent jamming problem with the printer. It prints about half a page and then just stops, leaving the paper stuck in the out rollers and only half of the ink fixed. Then, this nice voice booms out: "Your printer is jammed" if that don't beat all... We've got some very early NeXTs and printers too. Anybody know what to do? It's the same engine :-). I'd rather find out if the rumor about systematic design flaws in the old Optical Drive is true. Maybe it is irrelevant---if NeXT has an upgrade program to a bigger OD, soon, though. I would expect more recent drives to be a bit more rugged. /ivo welch ivo@next.agsm.ucla.edu
