[comp.sys.next] transparent window

cfcgf@uiuc.edu (Chuck G. Fleming) (09/10/90)

How do you make a transparent window? It should show the contents of
other windows over which it may be dragged. Please send any replies
to cfcgf@ux1.cts.eiu.edu Thanks.

Just like to know will the $1500 upgrade give us color or not... since
it was said "16 bit color on a single board"...
If not, then will the color board be a separate alternative for
upgrading our "old" "monochrome" Cube? or we the "old cube" owners
must go to "32 bit color board" as the only way to get color?

no, I can't afford that since I've already paid over $7200 (GEE!
the student discount price can almost let me buy the color
NeXTStation if I wait for 1 more month!) for this
BASIC cube... just want to know the posibility.
