Can someone tell me how, when I print from the Print Panel in an application, I can direct the PostScript to a text file instead of a printer? Or failing that, how I can capture the PostScript code that describes just the content view of a window?

In answer to my own question of how to capture PostScript from an application's Print Panel: Hit the Preview button, and in Previewer, save the postscript file.

If I understand you correctly, you can just click "Save" instead of "Print" or "Preview", and it will pop up a save-panel and produce an ordinary .ps file. -- wiml@milton.acs.washington.edu Seattle, Washington (William Lewis) | 47 41' 15" N 122 42' 58" W "These 2 cents will cost the net thousands upon thousands of dollars to send everywhere.
