The fix posted by ivo welch is in Emacs 1.1 which is currently in beta test and should be released within a week or two. It might be a good idea to simply wait for the new release. I too can't remember the author of that particular fix, though I suspect it's one of the numerous tweaks by Scott Deerwester. -- _.John G.
