Please send replies to Jonathan.Kruger@UC780.UMD.EDU ------------------------------ I've been following NeXT's evolution ever since the day my old roommate came running into our college apartment in southwestern NY state clutching that (then just out) copy of "Byte" and repeating "It's black! It's black!"... Back then the idea of getting my hands on a NeXT, just to check it out, was one of my loftier aspirations... I have a very pronounced interest (and some measure of expertise) in user interface technology, and after a year of reading the Bitnet digest of comp.sys.next, I know quite a bit about the NeXT, and with the new machines released, I want to work with one more than ever. Now it's 2 years later and I find myself in suburban MD looking for a job, but all I seem to be able to find are things like "Part time programming on a Mac SE/30" and (shudder) "FORTRAN programming on an IBM 3081"... I need a full-time job working with a NeXT! Are there ANY people in the Baltimore - DC area reading this that hire NeXT programmers? Or even know of anyone that does? If anyone reading this can help point me in the right direction I will be eternally grateful... Names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, referals, anything... Thanks.
