[comp.sys.next] Additional NeXTstation questions...

I too am thinking of getting a next, but I have some additional questions.

1)  How fast is the new next in comparision to the old one?

2)  I remember someone was working on X for the next.  Is this done? 
Does it compile on the NeXTstation?

3)  How stable is the operating system and all of the support programs?
