I know this subject was previously beaten to death, so forgive me. I would like to know exactly how far I can go in multiheading both the new and old cubes with '040 boards. Is the power supply on the new cube sufficient to power 4 boards and 4 monitors? How about monitorless boards for compute servers? I had heard that placing a board in a slot is not much more different than placing a slab on a network (from a software point of view, that is), is this so? It appears to be cheaper to do things this way rather than use a cube and three slabs (I need a cube with the 1.4 GB drive anyhow). Your cumulative centuries of experience is much appreciated.
