If anyone can answer any of the following questions about the new NeXTStation 68040 machines, it would be gratefully appreicated... 1/ How do you connect a standard RS-232 serial device up to the new NeXT's RS-423 serial ports ? What are the pin-outs .....? 2/ How do you redirect output for the NeXT-Laser to a file instead ? 3/ Is there any support for an HPLaser-IIP with postscript cartridge via the serial ports. 4/ Is the port for the NeXT-Laser a parellel port ? If so, what are the pin-outs ? Can I use an HP-IIP with this port ? 5/ What if I want to run an 8 line BBS with 8 RS-232 modems ? 6/ What is needed to connect a Midi keyboard to the NeXTStation ? 7/ I'm getting the smaller 105MB hard disk, so I won't have room for the extended version of NeXTStep V2.0. Where and how can I get the extra software on floppies? Can I use 1.44 meg floppies ?
