HI. I guess this question should be: Is AppleTalk implemented for the NeXT? Since it could be achieved through one of the serial ports, it seems that using CAP and a gatorbox is a bit of overkill. Steve Jobs announced in Boston a couple of weeks ago that ethertalk will be supplied for free, thus the NeXT can be as well AppleTalk server and client. Also a Novell client side will be freely available. All this is supposed to happen sometime in Summer 1991. Until then, either hack or buy.
