From what people have said, and pictures I've seen, it would
seem that the new keyboard layout, particularly the position of the |
key is at least annoying. However, we've also seen a configuration
file to remap the keyboard to a dvorak layout. It seems that remapping
the | to take the place of something like alternate-/ would be simple
enough to get that all important key back within local finger range.
Can anyone using 2.0 comment on this idea?
Also, someone mentioned that they thought the new keyboard was
"cheaper," does this mean flimsy with yucky tactile response or just
that the layout is a bit odd?
