[comp.sys.next] HPLaserJet IIP on new NeXT 68040

Does anyone know how to connect an HP LaserJet IIP via the serial ports
and set the port speed to 19200 or 38400 ? How do you send a standard ascii
file to this printer. I do not have the postscript cartridge for it yet ...
Can it be set up with the printmanager ?

Another approach would be to use the Postscript imaging in the NeXT and send
the "bit image" to the LaserJet IIP. I assume that the parallel port may be
preferable for this (as it is much faster than even 19.2K or 38.4K baud). My
question is can this be done...
