[net.auto] GM ARBITRATION HELP PLEASE

       I really need some replys ASAP, after getting no
       satisfaction with my car repairs for  1 1/2 years
       now that my car is 2 years old and 11,000 miles
       I decided to enter into GM's Arbitration buy-back.


       CAN ANYONE help me or warn me of what to expect or
       avoid.  PLEASE POST or MAIL to me ASAP please, I
       have to make a decision this WEEK>
