The NeXTstation has two banks of four simm slots. Because of the design of simm chips the four slots have to be of the same size simm. So the possibilities are: 4x1 + 4x1 = 8 (standard configuration) 4x4 + 4x0 = 16 (highend factory configuration) 4x4 + 4x1 = 20 (what you are likely to have if you upgrade a standard machine) 4x4 + 4x4 = 32 (a screaming monster of a machine) >Can I attach an image writer LQ. I don't know, actually. There is an image writer script in the archives, so if the LQ has an image writer emulation mode it will work.
