Can someone tell me what on the NeXT causes an application's Icon to appear? For a long time, I was running FrameMaker, with the generic icon. Suddenly, after deleting the entire directory, and reloading off the OD, logging out, then logging back in, everything was fine! Even one of the other Apps I had screwed up had its Icon back!
