[comp.sys.next] Mac vs NeXT .snd files

NeXT does not appear to recognize the format of Mac generated
.snd files (e.g. SoundPlayer doesn't play them). Is there
some format difference between NeXT .snd and Mac .snd? If so,
anyone have a translator?
