[ caveat insectum ] I wish to thank those of you on the net who responded to my flame about _Lolir_Electronics_ and their mail order policy. To refresh your core, :-) I placed an order with Lolir. After 30 days, I received only a bill from VISA for $117.45, no merchandise, no notification that shipment would be delayed, etc. I posted a flame to the net. I received ~30 responses. The majority of them from the legal experts on the net telling me that I had rights. 3 of the responses were from people who offered to check the place out (see if they were still in business), Lolir didn't answer their telephone. One who's company does business with Lolir had their purchasing agent call Lolir. The bottom line is that I received a credit from Lolir in the amount that I was billed, 2 months later. VISA sent me a form to fill out and removed that charge from my statement. I am satisfied with the remedy. I still do mail order transactions with other companies, but I won't do any business with Lolir again. Once burnt twice shy!.... Thanks again for your interest. Daniel Gray C.G.A. Computer, Inc.
