NeXT World does exist. I saw a copy in the Walden Books in the Springfield Mall. I didn't buy it because I remember sending in the subscription card. Steve Jobs is on the cover and the interior looks like a fasion magazine. It is very NeXT like in terms of the graphic design. I think it's appeal will do NeXT some good. The Sprinfield Mall, for those of you who don't know, is not a far off mystic mountain in the land of the Simpsons, but is actually 20 min outside Philadelphia.
