I recently saw a notice, on one of the Bitnet NeXT newsgroups concerning NeXTAnswers, a monthly undated source of information for NeXT technical support people, available for ftp at several sites, including Purdue. The notice said that the information should be shared with all NeXT users, so I assume this is not restricted information in any sense. My question is: first, has anyone here heard of this new service, and second, will the monthly installments be made available via the archive-server at Purdue, for those of us who do not have ftp access? The article mentioned that NeXTAnswers would also be available via OD, but sending in a blank OD every month to get the latest update seems like a lot of trouble (though better than nothing, to be sure.)
