alright. i'm still waiting for any sign of the upgrades we ordered back in october, and the diversity of shipping delays people seem to be reporting have got me curious. is their order department really a stack instead of a queue? is it random? is there some other systematic explanation? so... it's time for THE GREAT 040/2.0 UPGRADE SURVEY if you have ordered upgrades for one or more 030 cubes, please take a moment to send me (mdixon@parc.xerox.com) a message with the following information: 1. When did you order your upgrades? 2. How many did you order? 3. Did you order through a university, B-land, or some other channel? 4. Have you received them yet? 5. If yes, when? 6a.
