sulistio@FUTON.SFSU.EDU (Sulistio Muljadi) (02/09/91)

Is there a cheap scanner (around < $400) for NeXT computer?
Does any body know about Scan X Proffesional? How is the quality and
price?
Thank you.

I don't know of any "cheap" scanner for NeXT. But I have been using an
HSD Scan-X Professional for several months. It is a very good scanner.
I am particularly impressed by the Spectrum Enhancement feature in the
Scan-X driver/software. This scanner produces the best halftone I've
seen anywhere. As for HSD USA, it is an excellent company to deal with
and the people (especially Kevin and Aglaja ...) are extremely helpful!

ps. I don't work for HSD in any capacity ... just a very satisfied customer!
