This may seems like a silly question, but I really don't know the answer. What is meant by resistor spark wires, and why are they good? Thnks for any info.

Resistor spark wires are just that, wires that connect the distributor to the spark plugs and coil that have a high resistance. The advantage is that the resistance will reduce radio interference.
