The undocumented /usr/etc/scsimodes claims to have the syntax

scsimodes [-B] <raw-dev>

But, in fact, -B gives an error.  -v, however, does work, and gives basically
a bunch more info about the device.

I'd imagine you could create a disktab from the info given by this command, but
it certainly doesn't come in disktab format.

(scsimodes, for the curious, apparently just asks your drive to spit out
its parameters like block length and number of cylinders.  There may
be other (destructive) functions, as well, but who knows?)
