I am considering purchasing some tires (& having some macpherson struts put on my car) from: "Capitol Tire Systems" at NE Lombard, Portland. They seem to offer pretty good prices for Michelin Tires. Can anyone tell me about "Capitol Tire System's" reputation on their service & warranties?
