Does anyone have that >>persons name and email address or contact information? Many thanks to Brad Garton, who looks to be one of the NeXTmusicians whose work will be a part of the program. The address he gave was correct. I've been found by telephone, and told that my network address seems problematic to some of you. Not being one of those net magi, I cannot be certain of why this is so. However, if you are truly desparate to get a hold of me, you can try me in real voicetime at 608-828-3385 during the days. There's voice mail there, so you either get the real me or a clever simulation. And one other thing...I hate to be a poop about this, but please don't call me and ask for a dub of the program. I'm trying to work as hard as I can to actually make the contacts in a polite manner without eating too far into the other duties they *pay* me to do. The "can you make me a copy" is getting to be a bit high in terms of frequency. I've got no way to satisfy the number of requests I have NOW, let alone a couple of others. Can we postpone that until I've squared away things with the people whose work is going to be ON the program first? Thanks very much. Remember....I'm still interested in hearing from those of you who're producing music using the machine. Oh yeah. If all else fails, try .....uwvax!heurikon!vme!gtaylor and see if the old *steam* type addressing doesn't still work. Looking forward to [hearing, hearing from] you. Greg -- Modern times are an awkward spectacle. One the one hand, our public selves compete for scarce window space, for the opportunity to see in and to where power is decided and used. On the other, private life recedes like a glacier, a translucent corner of heaven meant only to be photographed, never settled.
