Here's the scenario:
I purchased a 030 Cube from B'Land during their firesale
last November. Its an OD only cube. It worked fine initially but corrupted my
OD running v1.0a, soon. Since I hadn't made a backup I borrowed one from the
University and mailed my OD to B'Land for rebuilding it. Meanwhile my machine
corrupted the backup OD as well, after a while. So I send the cube back and I
got it back recently with a new OD disk drive. The catch now is that B'Land
sent me my OD back with NS 2.0. I do not want to mail my OD back again to get
NS 1.0a, and everyone around has upgraded to 2.0. Anyway after using NS 2.0,
I don't want to go back to 1.0a. So what do I do now? Should I apply for a
license to use 2.0. If so, to whom? Also, do I need to get a new ROM chip
for v2.0. How do I go about getting one,if I have to? I haven't had any
problem so far,running v2.0 with a 1.0 ROM.
