I collected a few of them, but recently lost all due to a defective drive. 8( As I forsee a NeXT in my future, hopefully within the year, could some kind soul please E-Mail any interesting info that may give me a better understanding of the unit? On another note, I'd heard that the NeXT dimension board was losing the JPEG chip? Is this only another rumour started by some 'other' computer group? It t'would be a shame indeed... Also, Just how much space does the entire extended software release take up? And one more thing... I hear Conner Peripherals is just gearing up to release CHEAP large SCSI HD's... Now wouldn't NeXT be smart to look into this. ;) Gah. Sorry, one more question. Are there many good Tape backup devices yet for the NeXT? I'd not purchase one without it... Thanks very much for your time... After half a day at UofT playing with a slab, I cannot see getting another Unixbox.
