For those of you keeping track, I have received my Colorstation today (ordereed in November). It comes with release 2.1 preloaded, I didn't really have time to test how many bugs Release 2.1 has fixed. I must say one thing though, I'm positively impressed how fast the thing is with 16bits color, almost as fast as a regular 040, and a lot faster than a 030 monochrome. We had both a 32MB system and my 12MB next to each other today, and except for mathematica and drawing files above 2MB in ICON the memory didn't make to much of a difference. Not to say that 32MB doesn't mean an improvement, but as far as moving windows and running FrameMaker or Improv, there wasn't any siginificant difference. Got to get back to my new toy.....
