[comp.sys.next] beware of slow memory on 040 boards

When you upgrade your cubes to 040 status, you'll be moving the simms
from the 030 board to the 040 board.  We mistakenly transfered some
120ns simms to the 040 board, which requires 100ns memory.

The results were somewhat random failure of various programs.  If you
have a non-repeatable problem, check the memory first.
