[comp.sys.next] Extended C-Shell

I'm trying to bind cursor-up on a VT100 to PreviousHistEntry.

Using the following..

bind-to-key PreviousHistEntry "\e[A"

Appears to ignore the 'A' and just reads the "\e[".

Thus, when I hit *any* of the cursors, I get the previous line, plus an
A,B,C or D depending on which cursor key I hit...

How can I bind PreviousHistEntry to cursor-up?
