Without having driven many models, my guess for best would be the Porsche 959. The rally version would be good for getting out of heavy traffic; just head for the median strip, the lawn, or whatever :-) . Worst, with regard to handling: Large boat, such as Olds Gutlass Supreme, preferrably with the smallest engine possible. Since it turns like an ocean liner, it might as well accelerate like one.
