[comp.sys.next] \rtf0\ansi

I was poking around some *.rtf files on one of the slabs at the local
ComputerAttic store when I noticed that they start off with \rtf0\ansi.
This surprised me, since I've only ever seen \mac (and maybe \pc?)
before.   Is rtf0 really an ansi standard?  Or is that a figment of
NeXT and/or Microsoft's imagination?  If it is, where can one get ahold
of that specification, since the NeXT rtf files look a bit different
than ones produced by, say, Microsoft Word.
