I am having problems compiling the trn news reader. If anyone has it up and running could you send me E-mail describing your settings? When I compile everything goes fine until final.c then I get the message below for about 10 different lines. final.c:81: warning: argument passing between incompatible pointer types Then shortly after this it comes to compile ngdata.c and I get: cc -c -O ngdata.c ngdata.c: In function getngmin: ngdata.c:351: parse error before `*' ngdata.c:360: `dp' undeclared (first use this function) ngdata.c:360: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once ngdata.c:360: for each function it appears in.) ngdata.c:360: parse error before `*' *** Exit 1 Stop. I haven't established if there is a relationship between the warnings in final.c and the errors in ngdata.c yet. I know that trn compiles on the Next since there was a posting recently saying he had it up and running. Thanks for the help, Andrew NextMail: andrew%otter@maccs.dcss.mcmaster.ca
