[comp.sys.next] What happened to B'Land?

Hi,
Has anyone recently ordered or received a BusinessLand Firesale Cube,
or for that matter talked to Norm Gilbert, the representative for the deal?

I have another of the BusinessLand "horror" stories.  My machine came shipped
with the following problems:
1. Out of focus (and unfocusable with the focus control) monitor
2. Incorrectly configured Hard drive (fixed after playing around forever...)
3. Laser Printer with no cables, paper cassette, manual
4. Laser Printer Always thinks there is a paper jam when there is none
5. Laser Printer washes everything out in dark black (and they even sent
   a test page looking like that - it's not the toner cartridge!)

So, for the last three weeks (since I got the machine) I have tried to reach
Norm and his secretary, leaving messages on the voice mail machines daily and
sending e-mail.  I actually reached the secretary ONCE, nearly three
weeks ago, and she said they were "moving" and Norm would call me back
as soon as possible.  Now the 30 day "fix or replace" period has ended,
and I haven't heard anything from them . . .

I wanted to see if anyone has had a similarly hard time reaching them, or
whether it is just me that is having these troubles.

BTW - even with all the problems, I love the new machine.  I used to have
      a Mac II, but sold it and am happy so far . . .
