Please bear with me, I want to solicit responses at the end of this
article.
Well, I just read another post from a person saying that they ordered
a 2.0 upgrade in February and just recently received it, and I am
getting really steamed.
I ordered my 2.0 upgrade on December 19th 1990 through Businessland and
have not received it yet! When I went to Businessland in March demanding
to know where my upgrade was, they refused to give me my PO number. ( I
wanted it so that I could use it to trace the order through NeXT. ).
Finally, I had to get NeXT to talk to Businessland on my behalf, and BTW
I want to publically thank Debbie Coltum at NeXT for trying her best to
find my order.
Well anyway its now April 6th, I still don't have the damn upgrade. All
Debbie's efforts came to naught, and Businessland now says I'm at the
head of the queue but still won't tell me where my order is. What is
really funny about being at the "head of the queue" is that other people
in Minneapolis who's orders were sent to Corporate B'land on the same date
as mine have already received their orders! In fact, they received them
in late February!!!!
QUESTION:
Is there anyone left out there who had a 2.0 upgrade from as early as
December, either B'land or otherwise?
I believe that B'land has lost my order, and simply won't trouble
themselves to tell me about it.

Last I heard, it was supposed to be here "first week of April", which has come and gone. Still no upgrade. Can anyone beat Nov 1? -bill
