I am writing this after a day of unsuccessful attempts. I'm attempting to set up UUCP for my home system. I've downloaded the UUCP.wn.tar.Z from cs.orst.edu (I think) and have the Managing UUCP book by Nutshell. HOWEVER: every time the system is supposedly set up correctly, all I get is a few flashes on the modem, and I get a core dump in my usr/spool/uucp directory. If anyone can send me sample config files, and a detailed note on how you did it, please e-mail it to me. My system is an '040 Cube with 2.0 OS running off of a 330 meg HD and a OD. HELP!!!!!
