Is anyone developing a CAD program for the NeXT? I know an architect/engineer who would love the power the NeXT could give him and his company IF ONLY it had the software to do it. What is needed IMHO is a good 3d cad package with the flexibility to cover lots if disciplines. ( vauge enough for you? ) How about some kind of base system, with specific add on optiond for architecture, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and maybey even some kind of visualization or virtual reality package to go on top of that. I'm not talking about VLSI tools or anything that complicated ( but I dont see why this couldnt be incorporated too ) I for one would love to get even the most basic of CAD packages right now, but so far ..... If anyone knows of anything being written or ported or whatever, please let me know. Even rumors will do at this point!! Thanks, Zeke
