[comp.sys.next] Shell interface using IB

Is there a way using IB and without writing a single line of C code to do
the following: Open a window which requests a line of input which when
entered is passed to a shell script which uses the input as a named parameter
and which sends its stdout to another window? If this is not possible using
IB (assuming no C code to be written), is there some other way given tools
that currently exist?
