Let me kill this potential rumor before it snow-balls.... No, Lotus has not
extended its offer. The May deadline is the deadline for submitting the
Lotus coupon that comes with your system, which has to be ordered before
March 31. The reason that The Scholar's Workstation's machines can still
get you Improv is because TSW ordered the machines before March 31. As a
result of that, we have machines in stock, which are also eligible for
free Improv offer.... I hope this clears the potential rumor.

I bought my machine (an 040 slab) here on at the U. Chicago campus today
(April 25, 1991) and to my surprise found that it did not come with
Mathematica (as advertised) but that it did contain a pamphlet entitled
"RSVP" which offered me free tee-shirts, NeXTWORLD subscription, and
- SURPRISE - Improv! At least that's what it looks like. It says I'm
going to get "$700" worth of nifty stuff for sending in this registration
form (doesn't mention the 200 tons of non-recyclable junk-mail, of course!)

Anyway, is this the coupon you were talking about? Am I gonna get Improv?
RSVP!!

Please limit your flames if any, this is my first time posting ever!

Thanks in advance,
