Perhaps this has been fully explained but I may have missed it. As I understand when you upgrade the cube with the '040 board the existing serial ports have changed and my existing mac style midi convertor box will no longer work. What is the solution to this problem? First if its just a pinout problem then we will make a new cable. If the matter is deeper where can I buy a new MIDI convertor port? I did check some in archives and do read this group when I have the time but an awful lot to scan anymore.
