I have successfully modified iwf2.0 to use 144 dpi on my imagewriter one. My only problems are that I can't seem to find what to modify to tell the next to image at 144. I get printouts on the upper-right quadrant of the page. I don't have the tech docs or the postcript docs and I'd like to know if anyone else has modified iwf to work at a different resolution. The other problem is pobably mine. I installed the program using the entry as in the man page but every time I try to print from a shell I get "Print job refused by deamon" error in the console. Anyone run into this?
