Hi! We seem to be having random problems with mounting/unmounting DOS diskettes on the NeXTStations. Sometimes after someone mounts a DOS diskette they try to "eject" under the "Disk" menu. The error message "filesystem busy" or something similar pops up, and the Disk will not eject...we need to eject it by hand. At first I thought that people were trying to unmount while still INSIDE the DOS directory...but this is not the case.... anne

If NeXT wants their machines to be accepted by their target market, they'd better make the Alert panel say which application or process is keeping the device or filesystem. "Device busy" is just not acceptable as a response to "Eject" command.
