[comp.sys.next] Define for System 2.0 now released

jiro@shaman.com (Jiro Nakamura) (05/21/91)

Hiya

Some of you old timers may remember "define", a program I made up
one lazy afternoon. Well, it broke in System 2.0 and finally one old-timer
(no names mentioned, *Paul*) got me to finally fix it. I've placed the
binaries for the System 1.0 and 2.0 releases on cs.orst.edu and nova.cc.purdue.
edu for anonymous FTP. Please snarf them at your convenience.
Source *is* included, but it won't help you none unless you have
libtext.a and libbtree.a from NeXT Tech Support.
Also, Steve Hayman's program "addfulltextindex" is included with
the release. This program "fixes" the thesaurus so that it works with
define and other console type Webster programs. This is also included in
binary and source form so that people with the non-extended release can
use them too.

	Enjoy!
