How about a reusable GIF engine that works in conjunction with NXCustomImageRep? Not that I'm a fan of GIF, but it would end once and for all people writing the same crap over and over again, and could be embedded in *anything*. Then think about a loadable IB palette so GIF viewers could be no-code applications. No, I'm not volunteering. -=EPS=- -- And you wonder how people still can't grasp what can be done with a NeXT....
