I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Kishimoto (Mitsuhiro Kishimoto) in Fujitsu Lab; Japan, in his effort to get the latest version of ROMs for my 2249SA hard drive. I also want to thank Mr. Chin (Joseph Chin) in Wimsey Associates. His article (SCSI problem SOLVED!, 9 May 91) inspired me to give my hard drive another shot. Now is the time for a second trial of the external floppy drive or any other SCSI devices. I hope PLI, DIT or NeXTConnection will hear my voice. Your drive is still too expensive. I have to wait until it become affordable for me. What a long time to go! It is the same experience as waiting for my 040 upgrade kit! The best solution, from my point of view, is to get the internal "experimental" SONY floppy drive from NeXT. Unfortunately it does not seem to work either.
