Following up my article about an Electronic Magazine aimed at NeXT users within Europe, someone has pointed out to me that (in the UK at least), many users don't have any form of FTP or mail access to their NeXT system - they are using the systems standalone. Has anyone any idea how many people are in this sort of position, and has anyone (please) got a suggested way of distributing NeXT stuff to people in this position, without going to shipping floppies. Paper distribution would be better than floppies, but would probably effectively require someone at each site willing to print up a PS document and sitribute it locally - this is intended to be a no-money enterprise, so we can't us the postal system!
