Well, here it is. I couldn't think of a way to put this in an acceptable
80-col format, so put those VT220's in 132-col mode or stretch those
Sunwindows.

Ha, I win. $1732 takes first place.

Most impressive moving violation: 92mph in a 55
Person most likely not to be alive to read this: owner of the Kawasaki GPz750 Turbo (yes, that's you Vince)
Best quote: I'm never home but my attack cat lives for leg la burglar. You wouldn't want
to have my VISA number - they're still looking for me.

* indicates insurance company probably doesn't know about it
@ indicates rate halved after getting married and changing carriers
# indicates paid $1700 last year, $2200 (!) year before
$ indicates I think this persons rates will go through the roof if they ever get dropped by Nationwide
or if they find out about 5 moving violations in 13 months (2 erased via traffic school)

Any missing information or information I guessed at is marked with a '?'.

What happened to me? I went through the exercise of calling lots of agents six months ago when
I got the $742 renewal notice, and I went through it again. Most quotes from no-name insurance
carriers were around $2200. I've heard from many agents that the Scirocco is in a very high risk
group because it's expensive to repair and usually owned by teenagers who lower them, put a header
on them, and pretend they're Keke Rosberg. The State Farm agent told me a Scirocco was a "19" risk
rating, whatever that means, which is very high. The Farmer's agent told me I could lower my
payments by about $150 by reducing my coverage, but that's not enough to be worth it.

I found this interesting:

                        sex/ dly.

$2534!!! I will be switching to Allstate from Farmers. I was told that different agents would give
different quotes from the same carrier, but I did not experience that. Thanks to all who sent in
replies.
