Can anyone from NeXT describe the exact conditions under which a
warranty can be violated? The versions I've heard are:

  1) Opening a NeXTStation _at all_ will void your warranty
  2) Any damage caused while you have your NeXTStation opened is
     no covered by warranty
  3) Any damage caused while you have your NeXTStation opened will
     void your warranty
  4) Damage caused by 3rd party RAM is not covered under warranty
  5) Anyone besides an authorized NeXT service person adding any RAM
(3rd party or NeXT) will void your warranty

I've heard all of the above versions from NeXT personnel (in person,
on the net, and at 1-800-848-NEA).
