Does anyone have the latest version of texinfo.tex for the GNU EMACS lisp manual? I have the version of last October, and I get a whole book of errors with undefined control sequences. If you could lead me in the right direction to retrieve this latest version I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance. -- |snail mail: Michael Charles Polinske |email: mcp2@csd4.milw.wisc.edu | | 5730 North 68th St. | | | Milwaukee, WI 53218 |Telephone: 1+(414) 461-3717 |

I'd also like to know what version of texinfo can handle the "@input" commands that are used in the elisp manual to split it up among more than one file. -- Peter Ham PO Box 3430 (415) 321-5746 MS Computer Science Student Stanford, CA ham@polya.stanford.edu Stanford University 94309

The @input commands are actually handled by tex, I believe. @input could be replaced by @include, which texinfmt.el understands. However, the non-standard texinfmt.el that is included in the new edition of the elisp manual understands both @include and @input.
