I would like to obtain a copy of the Gnu Emacs Lisp Manual. Could you please tell me whether I might be able to purchase a bound copy or obtain a TeX listing for the manual. Thank you Chris Hegarty (hegarty@janus.uucp)

I would like to obtain a copy of the Gnu Emacs Lisp Manual. Could you
please tell me whether I might be able to purchase a bound copy or
obtain a TeX listing for the manual.
We are not distributing bound copies yet. A beta test distribution
is, or should be soon, a part of the GNU beta test distribution.
The easiest way to get a copy of the distribution is from someone else
who has it. The second easiest is to ftp it over the ARPANET.
The third easiest way is to uucp it. Ftp and uucp information is in
file /u2/emacs/etc/FTP on prep.ai.mit.edu
If you cannot get a copy any of these ways, or if you would feel more
confident getting copies straight from us, or if you would like to get
some funds to us to help in our efforts, you can order one from the
Free Software Foundation, 675 Mass. Ave., Cambridge, MA 02139
(Be sure to say you want the sources for the Emacs Lisp Reference
Manual---I don't think they are part of the distribution yet.)
