If you got the Info version of the GNU Emacs Lisp Manual from osu-cis sometime between April 21 and midafternoon August 1, please re-get elisp-4.Z. The file we had here had several hundred null bytes stuck in the middle of an Info node. I just got a fresh, clean copy from a.cs.uiuc.edu which shows no such problems.
